So who is this crazy girl that thinks people will help fund my trip OS?

Hi, my name is Chance; I'm the crazy girl that thinks readers like yourself will help me fund my trip to Japan. But before we address your many murmur about my outlandish plan let's quickly get to know one another and give you some insight as to how we find ourselves here today.

A mere 27 years ago I was born and during my upbringing in Australia grew to love cars. My first car was an Australian Holden VL, ahhh I loved that car, but anywho's, my tastes matured as did my interests and soon I became a devoted imported Nissan fan, s13's through 15's, skylines, 300's you get the idea. Now if you're not ofay with this cartel of cars, they originate in Japan and while most launched 15 years ago many have the styling of a car but a few years old. But alas this isn't their main drawcard, this repertoire of vehicles are known for their Drift cred. What is Drift, that's a whole other post, but in short, it's a Japanese style of Motorsport, just as Nascar is to America and Supercars are to Australia.

So you get the idea and the common denominator here, me + Nissans + Japan = love and curiosity to explore this amazing country and it's heritage.

I was thinking about going to Japan for 2 weeks, then I thought about living there; with every contemplation I've done the research, pros and cons and it has brought me to here. Within 12 months I am going to go to Japan for at least a month and have a long list of sights I want to see and things I want to do, I’ll leave that for another post, but for now, I begin this blog with hopes to raise some money to contribute to my savings to get over there and make this happen.

In this blog I will cover topics such as the crazy Japanese trends and gadgets, history of the country, places of interest and other cool stuff that people like me that hope to visit there soon would be interested in.

Until next time.

Konichiwa!
